What do I do if my shipment or product arrived damaged?

While we do our best to pack and ship your item with the utmost care, there may be times when an item is damaged in transit. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear.

However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please read our Return Policy for details or Contact us directly.

Why was my order cancelled?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include: • Item(s) not available • Inability to process payment information • Cannot ship to address provided • Duplicate orders placed • Cancelled at the customer's request

In the event of an incorrect order, we will reimburse you for the return shipping fee and waive the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
